By using StreetOVR, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
StreetOVR is a social platform where players of turf and street football build a "player card" that's rated by the other players they've actually played with. Your ratings come only from other users' evaluations — you cannot set your own stats.
You must be at least 13 years old to use StreetOVR. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your account secure (e.g. not sharing your password).

Violating these rules may result in a warning, restriction, or account suspension.
You're responsible for the photos you upload, the team emblems you create, the profile information you enter, and the ratings you give other players.
For every piece of content you upload, you represent that you have the right to upload and use it. You grant us a limited, royalty-free, non-transferable licence to display your content inside the app; this licence exists solely to provide the service and ends when you delete the content. You remain the owner of your content.
The rating system is inherently based on subjective evaluations; StreetOVR does not guarantee that the resulting OVR rating is an absolute or objective measure of performance.
Independence. StreetOVR is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football federation, league, club, game publisher, or sports brand. Any third-party names appearing in the app are used for identification purposes only and belong to their respective owners.
Rights-holder notice. If you believe your content or trademark is being used without permission, write to streetovr.app@gmail.com. Please include: where the content appears in the app (username, team name, or a screenshot), a description of the content you hold rights to, and your contact details. We review notices within a reasonable time and remove content we find infringing; repeat infringers have their accounts closed.
This channel is for rights infringement notices only. For the in-app reporting mechanism, see the section below.
If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content, you can report it from within the app. We reserve the right to review reports and take action we deem necessary (warning, content removal, account suspension).
StreetOVR is only a tool that facilitates organizing matches and rating players; we do not provide the venue, equipment, or supervise the safety of any match, and we do not organize matches ourselves. You participate in matches and events at your own risk; StreetOVR is not liable for injuries, loss of property, or disputes with other users.
Some features (e.g. automatic background removal) are offered to premium users. Premium cannot currently be purchased inside the app; it is granted manually by the StreetOVR team. If a paid subscription is introduced later, the price and terms will be updated in this document and shown to you clearly before any purchase.
You can permanently delete your account at any time via My Profile → Settings → Delete My Account. Deletion cannot be undone.
StreetOVR is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, StreetOVR is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey. This does not affect the statutory rights of consumers to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court in their own place of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time; we'll notify you of significant changes in the app.
