Hesabını uygulama içinden silme

En hızlı yol uygulamanın kendisidir:

• Uygulamayı aç
• Profilim sekmesine git
• Ayarlar sekmesini seç
• En alttaki Hesabımı Sil düğmesine bas ve onayla

Bu işlem geri alınamaz ve anında uygulanır.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan

Telefonunu değiştirdiysen, uygulamayı sildiysen veya hesabına giremiyorsan, hesabının silinmesini e-posta ile talep edebilirsin:

E-postanı hesabına kayıtlı adresten gönder ve konuya "Hesap Silme" yaz. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırıp sana bilgi veririz.

Silindiğinde ne oluyor

Hesabın silindiğinde şunlar kalıcı olarak silinir:

• Profilin (isim, doğum tarihi, boy, kilo, mevki, şehir, ülke)
• Profil ve kart fotoğrafların
• Verdiğin ve aldığın tüm puanlar, yetenek oyların
• Maç katılımların, gol/asist kayıtların, maç puanların
• Takım ve ekip üyeliklerin, arkadaşlıkların
• Bildirim jetonun ve oturum bilgilerin

Silme işlemi anında yapılır; yedeklerdeki kopyalar en geç 30 gün içinde döngüden çıkar. Yasal olarak saklamak zorunda olduğumuz kayıt (ör. kötüye kullanım incelemesi kapsamındaki şikayet kaydı) varsa yalnızca o kayıt, seninle ilişkilendirilemeyecek biçimde tutulabilir.

Hesabını sildiğinde diğer oyuncuların maç geçmişinde o maçlar kalmaya devam eder, ancak senin adın ve profilin görünmez.

Deleting your account inside the app

The fastest way is from the app itself:

• Open the app
• Go to the Profilim (Profile) tab
• Select the Ayarlar (Settings) tab
• Tap Hesabımı Sil (Delete my account) at the bottom and confirm

This action is irreversible and takes effect immediately.

If you cannot access the app

If you changed phones, uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email:

streetovr.app@gmail.com

Send the email from the address registered to your account with the subject "Account Deletion". We will complete your request and confirm within 30 days at the latest.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed:

• Your profile (name, date of birth, height, weight, position, city, country)
• Your profile and card photos
• All ratings you gave and received, and your skill votes
• Your match participations, goal/assist records and match scores
• Your team and squad memberships, and your friendships
• Your notification token and session data

Deletion is immediate; copies in backups are rotated out within 30 days at the latest. If a record must be kept for legal reasons (for example a report under abuse review), only that record may be retained in a form that cannot be linked back to you.

After deletion, matches you played remain in other players' match history, but your name and profile are no longer shown.
